Hey, there were four...and unless you know something I don't, I'm not sure how we could know that all of them were men.

Plus, like TrashMan said, there were presumably a number of Vasudans on Earth at the time of the node collapse.  Military officials, diplomats, scientists, engineers, people like that.

You might consider some of the Vasudans that had family on Vasuda Prime may have wanted revenge and figured that fighting to defend their (now) ally's homeworld would be the best way to do it.  I did note that one thing Vasudans say when they go out with a bang is "Avenge Me!" so I wouldn't be surprised if quite a few of them had decided to make some sort of last-minute stand to defend Earth. 

Pure speculation, of course.

Nowhere near enough time to sort out an infrastructure move like that. I'm fluent in assumptions I realise. But I doubt that any semi permanent residence would have occurred pre-collapse. Maybe a cruiser tops. So a few hundred Zods at most.

I'm sure there would have been a group of Vasudans near Sol or working with the Technological or Shipyard sectors to help produce weapons using Vasudan/Terran tech.

According to the wiki timeline (ignore the non-canon gray parts), it was about two-and-a-half months from the destruction of Riviera Station to the destruction of the Lucifer, and about two months from the cease-fire to the latter.  Terran and Vasudan scientists managed to collaborate on shielding technology, the Interceptor missile, and the Ulysses fighter during that time.  I think that's more than enough to suggest that there was some degree of Vasudan presence in Sol by the end of the war.
