Oh, i may not drive, but I do enjoy flying my MKII Viper occasionally. in my mind.

Just a MKII?? why not a MKVII??

MKII is a classic. besides, without the CNP installed (So cylons cant hack in), the MK7 is really no better than the MK2, infact its a bit bigger, thus a larger target for any robots that happen to be flying around.

Chrome grille like this?

Nice truck btw. You making good use of that Z71 and 4x4? :)

Actually, that's the grille that I have now. I'm looking for something with a chrome insert, but I do not trust third-party parts. Far too often they don't quite fit correctly and the quality is crap. I have been thinking about getting the black plastic insert painted with a special chrome finish that would sticks to the insert like stink on ****.  I am told it is not too pricey.

As for the Z71 and 4x4, I live out in the country. A good half-hour drive to reach city limits and with the harsh Canadian winters, 4x4 is the only way around because it takes about two days before the snowplows get to the highways in my area. I have had my fair share of times of having to plow through four foot snow drifts this pass winter. :D

you've got a little spot of something on that.

yours is a lot better off than mine though.  that pollen is about an inch thick on mine.  and my washer fluid tank has a hole in it.  :(

Tura hit a pedestrian in the crosswalk with no impairments because he doesn't look forward when he drives. You both make this place a lot less safe.

would you rather i had kept my head INSIDE the car with no visibility?   :wtf::P

seriously, i have never endangered anyone, other than myself that one time i drifted.  if i'm going to do something moderately stupid, no one else is ever nearby.  i know there are way too many idiots walking into traffic without a clue around here to ever not watch where i'm going.

2009 Toyota Corolla XRS (2.4L) with the 5 speed AT. It was the right car to buy at the time but I'm only partially happy with it.  The size is perfect, handling is decent, everything fits together nicely (although it needed a new rear window because the other one didn't fit and was rattling around) now... it looks good for a Toyota too.  Suspension is a mix of firm and soft... may be something to do with the low profile performance tires.

On the upside it gets me around perfectly and thats what a car is supposed to do.  Maybe in a few years I'll try something new.

1994 Chrysler New Yorker, best car I've ever owned, even if it doesn't have a CD player.  22 MPG most days, though it has a few mechanical problems, at least it doesn't burn a quart of oil a week like my old one, a 1984 Chevy Caprice Classic(which I still have BTW, quietly rotting under a tree at the pond).

Both good cars, but why let the Caprice rot? You could make quite a bit of money either parting it out or just selling the whole thing, even if it's not in the greatest of conditions. :)

Been meaning to, tried to start it last year, but it shorted somewhere and I can't be arsed to go down there and move it to where I can get at it.  Besides, I drove it into the ground more or less, there aren't many parts in the engine that would be worth much.  On the upside, the tires are still inflated after 3 years.

Most UK car operators wouldn't survive a head-on at 60mph either.  The reason all those fancy ultra-high mileage europop golf carts aren't sold here in the states is because they don't meet the safety standards, and the ones that do cost a bunch more than domestic models in the same category.
