I noticed that as well; Bobboau is right on the money there, unfortunately. This kind of thing is why I have almost no respect for the company anymore; they simply ignore any complaints addressed to them, and from what daveb said there, the problem appears to lie within Volition rather than THQ. (this lack of support has been there well before THQ as well)

Thanks to Black Wolf for the link - I've posted news on this to hopefully clear things up, although I must echo a lot of peoples dis-pleasure that  so little information has been forthcoming from the company... still, life goes on.
