Creating Movies

What's a good way of creating a 1.5 ish minute movie of you and your wingmen flying around. Using the print screen idea produces crummy results, and I'm not in the mood to pay for expensive gadgets. I know this must seem like a dumb question to most of you, but i'm new to making movies.
