Creating a persona?

Hey guys,
I want to set up a new persona for a pilot in a mission I'm making. Getting the voice files isn't a problem, I just need a list of the recordings I'll need, and how to put them together into a persona the game can use.
Any help appreciated.

Messages.tbl is your answer.

The Blue Planet Director's Cut and The Babylon Project both have some custom personas in their messages.tbl, if you want to check them out.

What program do I use to open a .tbl file? I know this is extremely n00by...
