Well, keep in mind you'll never see these in-game or rather, in-mission. I'd assume these are for creating rendered animations or possibly even full 3D tech room models. Anything more than that, and that's bad resource usage...

I think the idea is that thy will be used as 3D techroom models, so having high polycounts is not an issue.

Actually, people need to clarify a distinction.

There is the Techroom and then there is the Loadout Selection Screen.

The models can be used in both, but as of right now, $Tech Model: doesn't touch (yet) on the Techroom, only the Loadout Selection screen.

These are eventually bound for the loadout screen. While poly count still isn't too much of an issue, there... they shouldn't be reckless in terms of poly count. Since non of these are under 15k... I'll be doing some optimizing.

These versions are mainly for the ANIs right now.

They really don't look much different. You sure you can't tweak 'em a little bit more? Like, just color the metal a bit more bronze?

Very nice work.
Maybe you could give those brownish parts a slightly different color to give them a little bit more distinction, while still keeping them looking very similar?

They have VERY basic UVs and textures, but they work.. and the look good enough for me. If anyone wants to go through and give them ACTUAL UVs and textures, by all means, go for it!  :yes:
