In general, our design goals are 3 fold:1. Modernize the old Sega Classic "Stellar Assault", a game from 1995.
2. Define a new style of gameplay that is seldom seen in space combat shooters; focusing on simple controls that are easy to learn, but making the combat difficult to master.
3. Create a rich original universe, based loosely on what material was available from the original games.
These are recent renders featuring about 40% of the craft currently ingame, all modeled and textured by me.
The team includes:Myself - Project Lead, Modeling, Storyboarding, Character Design
Andrew of Doom - Lead Mission Designer, Tables, Storyboards
Thaeris - Concept Art, Storyboarding, some Modeling
Spoon - Mission Designer, Character Development
and
Backslash - HUD & UI Expert, SCP Liaison
We also have two dedicated testers,
Hades and a fellow outside of HLP
Battuta has also recently assisted in testing
