Please welcome rev_posix to the staff of HLP! :)

Many of you know rev_posix as the friendly hoster of SVN for multiple projects, including Diaspora, the FreeSpace Upgrade Project, Blue Planet, and others.  (Here's your cue to respond to his generosity with a donation to the SVN hosting infrastructure!)  He will now be further helping out around here by setting up FTP for new hosted projects, playing firefighter when the HLP server goes haywire, and similar tech-y things.

Thanks everyone!  Hopefully I'll be able to make a lasting contribution to HLP, both here and with the stuff I'm running on my end.

Not sure, depends on how badly things break I guess and how often.  :)

General idea, as I understand it, is background when needed.  I've got a pretty full plate already with the svn and things here on my end, so I can't devote a heck of a lot of time to HLP (and the user base here is pretty large and active).

EDIT: Interesting. Do you run a church then? :) Nice role to have i imagine, though i also imagine you have to spend a lot of time indoors.

Heh, I was wondering if anyone would try scanning it.

No, I don't have anything like that going on.  It is a legit thing, and I do have the abilities one would expect, but it's not something that I actively do or pursue at this time.
