Don't know about this one, but a while ago Sony had plans to release a Linux kit for the PS2. They put up an online petition to see if people wanted it to be released in the US. And now, the Linux for Playstation 2 kit is going to be released world wide. This month. Futurama (and Simpsons for that matter) isn't my kinda thing though.

Futurama is a very good show, but fox advertised it poorly, and now they're taking it off because of low ratings, even though it's their fault.

This happens to all good things. Sooner or later they find a stupid high-ranking person/lady/collective/stupid game producer who takes them out to be shot, just because it doesn`t appeal to the large public.

I didn't realize that it was being cancelled.  Futurama is one of the funniest shows on television.  My favorite character(and the funniest IMHO) is Leela.  She can crack one-liners that put even Bender to shame.  The coolest thing about the is the intelligence shown in the writing.  I'm not talking about the tech they invent, I'm talking about the humor.  Yeah, some of it is raunchy and some is out-right gross, but the humor is getable no matter who you are.

Futurama easily beats the Simpsons in humour - at least the recent ones. The humour is all over the place and coz its in the future Groening can do whatever he likes. I prefer Futurama over Simpsons any day.
