HLP Pictionary -- Who's that member?

Alright, I recently played a game over at one of the other forums I visited...I'll give you ground rules.

You put up three or four pictures that describe a person--their contributions, notable RL facts, or something to do with them in general.  The person to guess correctly then does one themselves...and so on. 

So, for example, if I put up:


Who would this be?

Well, the easel would represent artistry (this could be for either modeling, texturing, or rendering).  The node map has Ross 128 on it.  And the map indicates the person is from Oceania.

The person referenced is Setekh--creator of the Hard Light Array, member of the R128 community, and from Australia.

Understand the rules?  Here's our first guy then!

You got one of the three clues right...the member is from the UK.

The Bill Clinton hint might be difficult...but a quick read of the first few lines of Clinton's Wikipedia article will give you a big hint.
