I am playing the mission and i get a communication along the lines of
"2 cruisers have jumped in at long range thats our cue to jump out"
so i jump out and i get "mission failed you have left the mission without authorization"

if I dont jump out and destroy the 2 cruisers nothing else happens so I jump out and get the same mission failed

ps: its infr1 Patched to V1.15 run in fs2 open as a mod

Did you see a transport named Azure near the end of the mission? If so, what it did do?

if it was an enemy then the last time i played the mission i destroyed it
in earlier attempts some ships escaped and i thought thats why i was getting mission failure so on the last play through i made sure absolutely no enemies managed warped out
its very late now but tommorrow i will replay the mission and keep an eye out for it

I replayed it and everything worked fine
the only thing i did differently was not attack the trist (it wasnt listed on my objectives)
a big ass ship warped in smashed right into it and destroyed it
did not notice a ship called the azure not saying it wasnt there just didnt notice it

another thing that didnt happen before a friendly wing warped in (they had white target boxes)
