Very, very good.

The only thing that struck my eye this time was the parts of his brow between his eyes: they look a little flat, as opposed to fleshy curves that meet in the middle. So it looks really good at an intuitive/perceptive level.
Checking the source images, as shown in the below two attachments (stills from the Vasudan animation), I have two additional comments. First, push the side protrusions back into his head a little... only the very tips extend beyond the side boundaries of his face. Second, maybe make the lower part of his cheeks slightly more puffy/fatty, as mentioned above. (What I mean, and what I think T-Low means, is that in the first picture the cheeks look too flat and not very rounded. Interestingly, this isn't as noticeable in the other pictures.)
But this is really good now. You've passed through the uncanny valley of Vasudan faces and arrived at the other side.
