I know its from the Onion but I had to post because I dont think this is so far from the truth when it comes to congresses around the world. :D

Might I suggest affixing 'The Onion: ' to the front of that subject?  Because I would have completely avoided this topic if that was there. :/

So. . . it was pretty clear that congress didn't actually forget to pass a law, so what did you expect?
