Do pof files include the blue textures? I thought they only listed lists of textures to load... or can you manipulate textures with it?

This model uses only retail textures. It is completely retail compatible.

Uhh, you know, the original shivans are black and red. They are supposed to be dark.

You could do it yourself using either GIMP or IrfanView (though the latter won't save to DDS).
