I really like the sub Thaeris, and I agree that, with some modifications to its design, a starship like that would be pretty cool

Actually it sorta reminds me of those advanced Zumwalt destroyer concepts the navy keeps kicking around.

Any idea of what's to be done with the Zumwalt's VLS? I believe I read on Raetheon's webpage that the system is supposed to support the SM-series missiles, yet I've also heard conflicting reports that the system DOES NOT, which is a serious issue. That fancy radar isn't quite as good when it can't point missiles of its own.
