As far as i remember that thing is bugged like hell. Several fighterbay subsystems aren't even done + some other minor issues :(

That takes all of five minutes too fix, and is not "bugged like hell".
All of the errors on TrashMan models are basically (aside from the ungh overtiling) True**** created, or just lazy pof work.
A clean reconvert (just killing all smoothing, which works fine for all the SPACEBRIX), and a bit of PCS2 work adding back in paths and special points and you're done.

A n00b could do that.

I'm fairly certain the maps are the same, the Daegon shown on the Wiki is at a different angle and looks longer, but they're both the GTD Daegon. Were you looking under user-made ships in the Large Capital Ships section? Keep in mind they're not alphabetically arranged.

People should just trust me because I generally verify all my claims before I make them  :doubt:
I've messed with the Daegon enough to know that those are indeed the same.

Did you even open the model up in PCS2 and take a look?  :doubt:

well ive got lightwave, so if u can tell me how to convert models to pof and do the turrets etc Id be making new ones and fixing old ones fast, so Droid link me to a how to to to lw and from lw to pof etc and itll be done :)

PSC2 can open DAE files, which I presume Lightwave can export/import (it should, starting version 9.5 something, according to Collada website)
I've never used Lightwave so I donno the specifics, but if you just save an existing POF as DAE via PCS2 (take like uh, the MediaVPs Cain), and look at it in Lightwave, it should show you how it's set up. Honestly, I don't know anyone else who uses LightWave, seems to be a minority here.

Assuming the importer and exporter don't **** stuff up like 3Ds Max's sometimes does. (Which is why I don't set up POF data in Max, just hierarchy and pivots).

Plenty of people can help you with setting stuff up in Blender though (and I can run through what I do to go from max->pof, as well as a few other people).

well if lightwave opens dae without issues ill be fine, I use it coz I did a film course and lightwave is prefered for CGI work, plus I find it the best interface etc :)

EDIT: PCS2 only has cob, perhaps I got the wrong version?

Check Spicious and a few others's sig for the latest version of PCS2.

A bad Terran Destroyer/Battleship would be the GTBs Moscow. It's an overstretched and badly mapped version of the Cumulative Modeling project's Moscow.

Works fine for me. What version did you try?

And nah, the fighterbays are done, just the doors aren't animated...so they are always open.
Altough, now that you mention it... I could give it a workover...maybe.

Trufax, it's been a looong time. (How have you been? :lol: ) I think it could have been three years even, but i used what was on FSmods, so don't blame me :P

I have made some Vasudan ships recently, but they are just meshes and due to my workload in Real life, I cant spend the time I want too. Also, I never got past designing then such as UV Mapping as I have been told my designs need to be smoothed and lowered poly count. My Vasudan Cruiser is one example and my Advance Vasudan Interceptor needs it as well. If anyone wants to work these models let me know.
