I'm looking for that CD," look at me with their puppy-dog eyes, and then sigh and badmouth the unknowledgable sales staff at corporate giant music chains when we can't get it for them.[/head]
It's actually not that bad...everybody that works there has a section or two that they know pretty well...the trick is to spot the customers who are going to ask you questions about the section(s) you know. [grin].
Ah, well, it pays the DSL bill.
