Well, as discussed here, the Minbari Project is a game made by some team and is not related to TBP in any way (apart from both taking place in the B5 universe), and the TBP staff have made it clear that the Minbari Project is not their responsibility. But wuddevs. I told the new guy to contact Asprin, who is affiliated with the Minbari Project.
