Graphic or texture issue?

So the mod its self plays fine no isses except that some ships are missing parts like they are invisible and see through and the new fighter and bomber ships cockpits have like no glass over them. I have looked around for 2 days and with no luck on finding a fix to the issue. I downloaded new Vps but that did not help. Any ideas would be great. Thanks for taking a look at the post.

That usually means that either one of your files is broken or you have an unnecessarily long file path to your FSO installation.

There really should be a file called "fs2_open.log" in your \freespace2\data\ directory. Please post that.
