This might be a stupid question, as i did do a search and nothing seemed to come up in the search results. How do i convert pof files say the Hecate into a file that can be opened in 3ds max 2011? reason being i wanted to have a go at doing a few animations, i could probalbly do them in FRED but i would like to do them in Max, also i would have greater control over the ships in 3ds max than in fred.

Open the pof in PCS2, export to Collada dae.

Be sure and get the OpenCollada plug in. Then when you go to import look for OpenCollada in the drop down, there will be two. Max Collada won't work.
