I get this error upon trying to load FS2 on my mac machine...

btw, I have no idea who cliff gordon is. Does anybody know what I am doing wrong. I have been desperately looking for a good space combat sim for my mac and this seems like my best chance. I bought FS2 from GOG and installed FS2 open on my bootcamp partition. It starts fine on bootcamp. I copied over the folder to my mac as recommended here...http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php?topic=60842.0. No luck. Please help. Thanks.

I got it!  I ended up using the other launcher (FS2_Open_Launcher_3.1.3) to get it loaded. I had to turn off the custom resolution at the bottom. I haven't tested the gameplay, but so far so good.

I think your suggestion is right. But in case you didn't know the link at the top of the page doesn't get me there. Thanks for the help.
