Has anyone noticed the similarities between FS and Privateer 2: The Darkening? I just bought this game from a market stall and it's great!
Anyway, the Kindred Vendetta looks a bit like that black and yellow Terran Freighter, (Poseidon? I haven't been able to play FS for over 6 weeks now, so i've forgotten.) And the Papagod shuttle looks the Zeus Bomber.
I also think that the ILIA freighters would fit in well with FS, so perhaps a few mods or even a total convert would eb in order?

Well....there's spaceships and shooting and lasers...very similar :D

Axem - Sorry to post again when I said I was leaving for good, but something was nagging me. I don't want to say it in a way that shames the campaign but I think we can all agree it is actually.. incomplete. It is missing... Voice Acting.
Quanto - I for one would love to lend my beautiful singing voice into this wholesome project.

Im playing all my space sims again cos i got a joystick (how did i do anything without it????!!!!) and P2 wont install on XP!!! AHHH! I have to wait till I build my old 450 with win 98! (strangly enough, my other win 98 box, the 1gig, runs it perferctly, and after some copying, xp ran it slowly (interface that is) and there was sound degridation.... weird...)

oh yeah, about the frieghters, well cool, I was thinking about nicking one of the designes for me mod, their well cool and they have turrets! YAY!

Turrets in P2 make any ship armed with them a freaking battleship.

Oh...the cruiser class...with like 7 military grade turrets.  Only way to take em out is with a Nuke em I figured.

which is why i avioded most of them, missed out on some ptretty sweet deals me thinks... oh well only a week ore two and back to its low resolution but fun space combat, interlaced movies with no sharpness that make my eyes die on my 19inch.

Actually, it's the Chirilliacan (or whatever) that looks like the Poseidon.
