Announcements scroll buttons (idea)

I was just looking at the announcements being wonky (displaying out of order) for the umpteenth time, when I got this idea: make little thin buttons on the far left and right with arrows on them and let people scroll the announcements for themselves.

Just a thought, take it or leave it.  :)
