Yup, the case itself was fine, I'm not saying he didn't do anything wrong, he did, long before he ever administered the injection that killed Jackson he had stepped away from everything that made him a Doctor, the oath to do no harm and the responsibllity that comes along with it. My concern is that the people outside the trial were treating it as though this were a murder trial. Jackson was a drug addict, hundreds of them die each day and no-one gives a ****, his family could have helped him whilst he was alive, but rather looked at him as a piggy bank when he was dead.
Thing is, the Doctor was just a pawn in the game, and I can't help thinking he's being made a whipping boy for Jackson's 'imperfections' that led to his death.
