Exporting Textures

I have kazan's PCS and i'm trying to convert POF's to COB but the textures don't stay with the model. Is there a way round this without retexturing the model?

What do you mean the textures don`t stay with the models?

I suspect that the problem is simply that you don`t have a copy of the appropriate textures (as BMP's for Truespace). Your modelling program can`t get to the textures if they are still in the .vp file.
 Extract the textures that the model uses to the same directory as the cob file.
