Earth - Assassin's Creed OST
A small voice in my head tells me they are have followed us here in the Milky Way. They follow us until we are dead at their feet. We are nomands of the stars, no longer the race that was loved by the Great Elders. My name is Kyral and this is my story of survival.

There is no sanctuary for us, in this Universe. We will fight the Terror for one last time on this Shining World. May the Transcendent judge us kindly in the Life Stream.

In my world of sleepers, everything will be erased.
I'll be your religion, your only endless ideal.
Slowly we crawl in the dark.
Swallowed by the seductive night.

I can no longer sit back and allow communist infiltration, communist indoctrination, communist subversion, and the international communist conspiracy to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily fluids.

R.E.M. - Losing My Religion

you know, this makes a good black metal song

could do without the lame synth though, synth != kvlt;

After listening to it, I fear I must beg to differ, but as they say, de gustibus non est disputandum.

Seeing as Pink Floyd's Animals just arrived in the mail, I am listening to that...

...and thouroughly enjoying it, too.

:D

Just got the latest album by Carbon Based Lifeforms (twentythree)

Pretty freakin' good stuff in 'ere.  I'm happy they explored in a more ambient/beatless direction, reminds me of some old AFX and Biosphere tracks. :3

Aes Dana - Principles of Gravity

From Ultimae's Ambrosia, which is probably now my favorite album of 2011.

I'm listening to the BBC Audio Drama of Asimov's foundation series BECAUSE IT WAS PSYCHOHISTORICALLY INEVITABLE, given the statistical vagaries of humanity and a thorough understanding of psychologicaly predictive mathematics (worked out by slide rule because Asimov totally missed the miniaturization thing coming along...)
