f-18 jet noise.  why do they always make the most ****ing noise in the evening when everyone is home and trying to relax?
I like to stare at the sun.

and when they crash into apartment complexes.  remember that thread?  that was here.  i saw the black smoke pillar on my way home from work that day.

but yeah, it IS pretty cool the few times i see them on maneuvers instead of just landing or taking off.  until i almost crash because i'm watching.  missed out on a big air show a couple weekends ago because no one else is a giddy little kid about jets like me and wanted to go.  i heard they were doing simulated attack runs and afterburner flybys.

saw an A 10 thunderbolt drop its load on a bunch of gung ho hadji's once, thing fly's like a rock but damn does it smoke craters.
    asides from the reminiscence i'm listening to music... no clue who the band is, sounds like kurt cobain post shotgun incident though.... that was too soon was it?

finally obtained the REAL album after accidentally buying the edited version of it and Believe. 


related - finally found the source of the "something's not quite right" nag i've been having with my pc sound for the last... i don't know, half a year?  i kept trying to write it off as me miss-remembering what it sounded like before my latest creative driver cluster****.  but my ears were right.  the problem?  my left-rear speaker was unplugged the whole time.
