Short FRED question.
In a mission I'm making, you raid a supply depot and are supposed to capture some containers full of weapons. I want to set it so that depending on the container and whether it survived the mission, you will find the weapon it carried in your team loadout next mission. Is this possible?

also, allow-weapon isn't ( i think) in the right-click menu, so you'll have to add it manually

Allow weapon and allow ship are both accessable via a right click. They can both be found in the change menu

In my campagain, how can I make it so you can change weapons in the first mission instead of having to re-arm to get the default?

It's in Starting Ships/Weapons in the campaign editor. Allow anything you want accessable to the player at the start.
