New to FS2 open but not FS2.  Played it years ago and shelved after beating it thrice.  Got back into it with old robotech mod. Also that was years ago.  Now stumbled across this forum.  It seems the Robotech 2 mod is dead?   I still have the original mod files, but they dont work correctly with the updated version of open source project.  I get about 88 erros when I try playing the old robotech full, lite or OCV. Anybody know what happened to the Robotech 2 campaign?

I dont know about any robotech mods myself, but if you upload it or point me towards a download i can take a look and see if I can fix it, tbh I wouldn't mine having a go at it myself

Well, it this mod is ancient and long dead. Same goes for Robotech 2, IIRC.

Hi all. I've had some problems accessing my news script for oh... a few months. Or longer. The point is the MOD is pretty much over. I've finished up my Master's degree. I'm leaving all the files up, so if you have Freespace 2, you can still enjoy the work we have done, which is quite extensive. Thanks to everyone who helped on this project.

tbh from 2003 the assets involved will be very dated and probably best started from scratch

True but at least the base models for the spacecraft and fighters could still be used.

Its all in the VP file, it just needs extracting and exporting where needed if you want to make a change.

I haven't had chance to look yet but most if not all your issues will be related to either tables or flags in the models

Getter Robo G is still around. He's one of those modders (like MetalDestroyer) who just never releases anything, for whatever reason.

(And those screenshots aren't anywhere near as pretty as we can manage these days  )
