Targeting Box Problems and LOD's

Whenever I put a second LOD into this model, it screws up the targeting box.
 
I just the main LOD and it worked fine.  Does anyone know what causes this?.

What converter did you use? I'm having problems with targeting box sizes with Kazan's converter

I'm using the Windows based one that's not Kazan's.  I don't know who wrote it cause I don't have it front of me right now(at work  ).

I use the same (except cob2pof) - but I use cob2fs2 for the conversion.  Maybe you could try that.
