I was trying to get a convoy of Satis and Poseidon freighters to follow some waypoints and then jump out. When I start the mission, all of the freighters spin around, crash into each other, and then follow their waypoints. They're aligned with the waypoints correctly, so I don't think that's the problem.

You haven't put them in a wing by any chance have you? Freighters and capships in wings will do all kinds of weird things like that.

I put the Satises in Iota wing, and the Poseidons in Sigma wing.

That's your issue then. Take them out of the wings.

Ok, that worked. I've also got a group of subsys-set-random SEXPs that aren't working right.

EDIT: I seperated the convoy's subsys-set-random from an escort cruiser's, and that seemed to work.
