Sorry I'm still crashing here in M6 (same place in mission as pre-patch) when I restart the mission after failing the first attempt at it.

At least exiting the game and starting it again appears to allow me to play past the crash point, just any proceeding attempts without exiting from the game first brings back the crash. Unfortunately I keep dying or losing the Theseus before I can complete the mission at the moment but I'm usually getting past the part after the

Theseus loses it's FTL drive and then begins restoring it

I'll try using old collisions again and try to run off a debug log.

This did fix the crashing for me I'm happy to say, and I've been able to successfully beat the campaign now.

Does this patch fix the horrible tragedy that is the Cylon HUD crash? it prevents us all from enjoying the awesome work that was put into it.

It's not in the change log but it seems a lot of the default keys have been changed. For instance the arrow keys are now pitch and yaw controls instead of thrusters. Just a heads up for all you keyboard only weirdos.

Those only go into effect if you create a new pilot. Those with existing pilots shouldn't be affected.

I've been informed that there are some issues with this patch so we'll roll out 1.0.2 very shortly. As a bonus, we'll fix the graphics for the multiplayer lobby too.

Awsome job guys! Thanks to this patch the raiders in multi are just amazing.  Easily the most fun i have had in fs2 multi in a long time.    Now if we can only bring back the huge Asteroid/playground from Btrl.

Don't be surprised if something like that reappears in a later release. The Scaroid definitely added a lot to those missions. Although we do have the M1 asteroid available for now.

Any word on when the Raider/Adv. Raider bug in MP will be fixed? I do so want to shred some Colonials.

There won't be one. We'll roll out 1.0.2 for all 3 platforms at the same time. 1.0.1 had some rather substantial bugs in it so even though it could have been out around 7-8 hours after the Windows patch, we decided to pull the plug on it and release a proper patch for all 3. So in a way Linux users got lucky.
