According to the article, the person witnessing the fire tornado was a film maker, yet there is no video footage.

Now it might just be a case of "The one time I didn't bring my camera, something happens."  But in that case, this is a lousy piece of journalism since there is nothing in the article to that effect.  It's a rather important detail to omit.
