Smearing is the best way i can describe it. Like the points of light dont stay where they are as you look or turn. THe exception is around game objects. In mission 1, the stars around the planet and battlestar are fine, as are those models. The two drones are fine until they start flying, and they will then "stretch out" as they fly into an area that smears. Tried a few resolutions and changing from tri to bi linear texture filtering. Wondering if this is something in the advanced i could check.
