FS has a third person view with I think the * key on UK/US 102/3 keyboards, go to options -> controls -> misc to make sure.  the only thing I have to say is that the game is set up for 1st person view and i don't think :v: spent much time working on the 3rd person play so you might find it awkward to play like that.  Having said that some of the guys that can script for the game might be able to put together something to help if you ask nicely on the scripting board.

not found this option in the game where I try?

main menu->options->control config->misc, look for "chase view", which by default should be "pad *".

does not work, it makes the ship pointing downwards

This is odd. What kind of keyboard layout do you have?
Also, can you post a screenshot of your "misc" option menu?

In my PC, the external view is 9, and external view is 0. My keyboard layout is Portuguese, might be similar to his.

jonathanjhol, experimenta carregar em F1, vai à página 8 "View Keys" e vê qual a tecla para "Chase View".
