 The Vasudan messages from the Dreamscape are not gibberish. They are using the Vasudan language that can be found on this website: http://holonet.hard-light.net/vasudan_wotd.php

 So let's make a little community game out of this and decode them!

 There might be more, but these are the ones I found in the FRED code. I have excluded the message referring to the words being *Untranslatable.*
 Something to remember: The HoL agent mentions their language as being encoded in the Vasudan tongues, so we might need to extrapolate in order to figure out their true meaning.

"mafolexadoy na'xuusih" I have been able to translate this into something, somewhat correctly sounding. (Vocative Case) You (Plural) rendevous/meet at the node

Curious that these seem to be following SVO order rather than SOV like the site says Vasudan prefers, but then the site also says that the word order is not absolute.

Obvious interpretation is that the HoL will meet at the Capella node to assist "the flame" (Shivans?) with destroying the Terrans, who have destroyed many, because this is how it must be.

I wonder why, though, they refer to "the flame" when their name for the Shivans is "the Destroyers", which in Vasudan would be something like "sti'noroy".

Maybe "the flame" is how they call what the Shivans and Vishnans refer to as "the cull".
In other words it might reference the action rather than the actor.

I think I got something (Thanks DrkH):

At the Capella node.
You, (Laporte & the Fedayeen?), meet at the node.
We will attack Earth.
We know the future.
They destroyed countless.
We will assist their flame.

 I had to interpret the cases in English (which lost them long ago!) so there might be a few problems with this translation.

You could argue those lines can be interpreted for past events, but its for the future.

- The hol could be working in secret for the emperor making sure the gtva/uef war goes on for as long as possible as to weaken both sides.
Its slightly contradictory to the vasudans helping the GTVA with supplies though , except for keeping them close and not raising sentiments of anger in the GTVA or justification for the UEF to claim that the alliance with the vasudans is just a farce. The later being very unlikely considering with would undermine ubuntu's peace ideology, but then again... as long as the people believe it...

or

- The HoL is simply going to turn on whoever is left standing once the shivans start their cull.
