How is this done? I've made the best pretend render I've ever done, but it needs weapons fire. If anyone knows how to do this in PSP 7, I'd be most appreciative (PS stuff will do also, as the programs are similar enough that I should be able to get at least the general gist).

Neon is good for beams...
For primarys... hmmm... print screen in a game... and paste em into the pict

Well, I suppose they'd be similar to a beam, its just a different shape...
