Are there any Diablo 2 MODs out there? For example maybe characters redesigns and weapons? maybe even a program to design and insert into the game as your own weapon?

design and inserting can only be done through trainers on single player, over open battle.net its illegal, and if you attempt to do it on realms, blizzard will hunt you down personally.

same effect for mods.

Yes, you can have mods in D2, yes you can play them in open, just not in the realms, as it will fux0r everything. I forgot where I got mine, was a while ago. I'm gonna go look for the link, if not I should still have it if you want it.

I sayed try to, also this conserns modding witch there should be a forum for it, btw I hated that topic, I thought it was one of the more infamus spams in the HLP
