HLP experiencing technical difficulties?

Seems like my ability to pull up HLP has been a little flaky of late, very hit or miss over the past week.  Has anyone else been sharing a similar experience?

It's exploit seeking bot-net bull****. We should be over that for the moment, but as attack methods change we'll have to reactively play catch up every so often.
