As wacky and stupid as this game seems, I'm actually looking forward to this one despite the fact it doesn't appear to have changed much since SR3.

Also, it looks as if there could be a space combat mission. Excited.

I only finished SR3 once, there really isn't much replay value in my opinion. Not that the first time wasn't entertaining, but makes me wonder if it was really worth the full price I paid for it. I'll have to keep an eye out on this one I guess. didn't even know they were working on SR4 until yesterday.

Yeah, I replayed SR3 about a month ago. I don't know which I prefer between SR2 and SR3 but I definitely love both.

Not sure whether SR1 ever made it to the PC, but I do know that SR2 is pretty unplayable on PC due to a crappy outsourced port (Unless you happen to have the english language version, in which case there are mods out there that make the game slightly more playable).

I'm kinda surprised it took V this long. FS1 & 2 were obviously released with modding in mind. And I do have to wonder how much the work of modders has added to sales of FS1 & 2.

It was never because Volition did not want to add modding support, but because publishers (THQ) was against it.
