Alt-J doesn't work in Intro
Please help! I have been trying to get past the tutorial, and while playing, I get to the part of where I am instructed to press ALT-J to end the mission. I have pressed this combination a hundred time and nothing happens. Can somebody please advise me to perhaps skip the level or get ALT-J to work? MANY THANKS!

Have you bound that command to something else ? Look up in your key bindings from the F2 settings menu.
People are stupid, therefore anything popular is at best suspicious.

It depends on the training message he is getting. If it is mentioned Alt-J in the training message as well as in the directive then perhaps his key binding for warp out is really Alt-J.

I second the keybindings suggestion nevertheless.

Also, make sure you press Alt and J at the same time, rather than sequentially.

Perhaps this is the solution in my opinion. I think he didn't press the keys at the same time. But then he says that he 'pressed the combination a hundred time'. TBH he provided a little less information.  :blah:
