You still haven't followed the install instructions for Blue Planet.

If you have run the Installer correctly, there must be 2 directories in your FS2 folder named blueplanet and blueplanet2 respectively, which contain all the BP data files. On your system, these files are for some reason in your main FS2 directory (Something which the installer doesn't do). The release thread for War In Heaven contains instructions on how to do a manual install. I suggest you read them so that you can see how things MUST look in order for BP to work correctly.

I installed it "manually" :wakka:
All textures are in their place and the comms are scannable now.
