Dominica caught my eye "10 years imprisonment, or incarceration into a psychiatric institution." As far as I could tell it was the only one I saw which institutionalises people.

I disagree with Russia, but you look at that list, this is nothing compared to a lot on there. Western Europe is very unusual compared to the rest of the World.

I can't remember what made me think it off the top of my head right now, but recently I thought to myself that if I saw a man kissing another man or a man kissing a woman as a child, I'd probably be equally disgusted by either. I imagine if I saw sex between the two pairs, I would still be equally disgusted.

Yeah, it's the fact that they're really trying to pull the rug out from under the GLTBQ community that's what's exceptionally messed-up here. They're deliberately driving in reverse because, "ermahgerd the homogays are scary" or something equally ridiculous.
