all you would need nuke is a spent SRB from NASA, a GPS receiver, a Raspberry PI and a few years, then start the countdown to WWIII  :lol:

Which is why you take them out as soon as possible so you can ICBM and stealth bomb the country with impunity.  :drevil:

Why rig one up? Those are military installations, the PA system should be standard in such locations. You could use it.

all the military PA systems i've encountered (read, two) seriously suck.  it's marginally more effective than shouting the orders down two decks.

Plus those PA systems probably haven't been used in decades.  Not exactly something I'd choose for good sound. :p
