What Western TV are you watching?
Having Western TV folded into the anime thread just isn't working, the anime discussion just drowns it out.

For my part, I have been intensively watching Parks and Recreation after I realised BBC 4 weren't going to show it again for like a year, so I might as well catch up.

My brother is watching all the Doctor Who available on Netflix. I'll catch snips or episodes when I'm downstairs.

Also watched Whites on Hulu. Not bad, but not outstanding.

How I Met Your Mother

Once that's all finished (one more season to go) heading off towards S3 of the Walking Dead, Breaking Bad (from beginning) and whatever else is on Netflix

The ones on the PVR include NCIS, Supernatural, Mentalist, Bones, Strikeback and Big Bang Theory

I have also been meaning to check out Defiance

Currently re-watching Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Just finished Season 2.

<MageKing17> "There's probably a reason the code is the way it is" is a very dangerous line of thought. :P
<MageKing17> Because the "reason" often turns out to be "nobody noticed it was wrong".
(the very next day)

<MageKing17> How did this code ever work in the first place!?

Waiting for Justified to be back. I was watching Star Wars: The Clones Wars until it got canceled for Rebels, but I'm waiting for the unaired episodes to pop up.

Re: What Western TV are you watching?
The Big Bang Theory and Burn Notice are about the only two I "follow," but even then I still don't usually watch every week.  I'll go a few weeks and torrent a few at a time or sometimes just wait until the end of the season and get it all at once.  Have watched Agents of Shield so far.  Nothing to write home about IMO, feels like an attempt to milk off of the Avengers really.  Oh yeah, and NCIS, though I kinda forgot about that after doing the season all at once thing and haven't watched it since Ducky
Spoiler:
had the heart attack
Am I one or two seasons behind now?  I also have the first season of the LA version, but haven't watched it yet.

Yeah, a couple seasons behind sounds about right

Re: What Western TV are you watching?
I wish I could get into a few live-action shows, but most of them never seem to click.  The last thing I really got excited about was LOST, and I gave up on that after about 3 seasons when it became obvious the writers had no idea where they were going with it.  I do feel like I'm pretty much obligated to sit through Breaking Bad at some point though...even the random portions of a few episodes I've seen are so goddamn good.

Re: What Western TV are you watching?
Just Marathoned the entirety of BSG, old and new, last month. Probably one of the best months of my life. It's a wonderful show, but I have to say, suffers from the worst case of Deus Ex Machina I've seen yet.

Considering watching Caprica as a follow-up - any thoughts? I'm not into family drama, but Baltar and Adama are both wonderful characters to learn about.
Fun while it lasted.

Then bitter.
