Breaking it down:

Will the species/people of the GTVA survive (not be exterminated by Vishnans/Shivans/UEF)?-I'm fairly certain they will

Will the GTVA survive as a political institution?-I would guess probably

Will the current GTVA regime (Tocqueville and those who support the GTVA war effort) stay in power?-The only way they could do so IMO would be a GTVA victory...so I hope so

It's a reference to his BSG/Freespace crossover kitchen sink campaign which he is supposedly working on alongside 3 unfinished HTLs.

Why is it that now when I see GTVA I read it as GTA V?????  :banghead:
