Obesity works like this.
1) You don't get enough exercise. You eat too much of the wrong food. You don't eat a balanced diet. You binge eat.
2) You have a medical condition or you're just predisposed to building fat.
Fat people who are fat because they do stuff wrong I have little sympathy for. If they do things right, they will loose that fat. They may not be looking like Britany Spears but they will be healthier for it.
The ones who have the real problems with weight...and have to fight that all their lives I have

more sympathy for. They can work just as hard and not get nearly the results that they should be getting. And I think there are now ways to cope with that....but in either case, action can be taken.
Diet foods aren't really the solution either. I've had to cut any diet styled food anyways because the chemicals and me don't get along

. And im a bloody toothpick....so diet stuff isn't the way to go
