Heya,
just wanted to know if the project supports other languages (German to be specific). I still got the old discs so I sorta don't want to buy the game again if I can avoid it.
And are new campaigns etc then supported too, or is it case by case there?

I guess buying the English FS2 on GoG is totally worth the 10 bucks if it doesn't work otherwise, but I figured I'd ask...

We have a lot of German players, but unfortunately I believe they mostly use the English language edition. I believe the German language edition of FS2 causes some unfortunate errors with FreeSpace Open.

The German version should work fine with FreeSpace Open. Most of the German-specific problems experienced in the past should be fixed now. Just make sure you use a recent build, like 3.7.2 RC1.
