What you'll find me listening to on any given day
-Radiohead (My favorite band. If I had to live the rest of my life with only two albums, it'd be OK Computer and The Bends)
-Pink Floyd (If I got to pick 3 albums, Dark Side of the Moon would be the third)
-Marcy Playground (It's a damn shame that no one really listened to them much other than their famous single Sex and Candy. It's like, one of their worst songs)
-Just about anything by Yoko Kanno (I've played some of the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack for my friends who like Jazz and they don't believe me when I tell them where it came from)
-Green Day
-Reel Big Fish (Their new album is way sweet)
-Less than Jake (I think they made a song on there just for me. "History of a Boring Town")
-Sum 41
-eminem (I usually hate rap, but for some reason I can't put The Eminem Show down. I don't really care much for his other cds though)
-Led Zepplin
-The Beatles (The White Album is just sweet, as is "Yesterday", "Hey Jude", and "Eleanor Rigby")
-Sublime
-Weezer (Although they've yet to put anything out that can top their Blue Album)
-Nine Days (I went to one of their concerts and the power went out during the middle of their set. They went off stage, got their acoustic guitars and played a set of music on their accoustics. Then when the power came back on, they went back off stage and got their electric instruments and finished their set. How many other bands would do that?)
Finally, I haven't gotten this cd yet, but it should be in tomorrow. It's called
Majestic Mix: A Tribute to Nobuo Uematsu and it's a fan produced and funded cd with tons of techno remixes from the Final Fantasy Series (as well as other games Uematsu composed for). The samples I listened to on the site were quite cool. I can't wait for their SquareDance cd to come out.
