Here they are... pictures of my 'beauty'
------------------------------------------------------------------

Front of the Cadillac... it's got plastic and stuff on the front, cause i wanted to stop as much dust and stuff as i could getting into the engine, interior, etc.
------------------------------------------------------------------

Close-up of the rear left side, where the truck went into her.
------------------------------------------------------------------

A little further out, so you can see more of the damage.
------------------------------------------------------------------

From the back, you can barely see the 'hole' in the side

------------------------------------------------------------------

This is looking from the front left down... you can see the plastic and stuff i put on, and the hole in the side.
------------------------------------------------------------------

Another shot from the rear.
------------------------------------------------------------------

The interior... the 'white' on the black leather seats is the dust catching the camera's flash, it doens't really look that white.
As you can see, most of the interior is in good condition... after 20 minutes of giving attention to the inside (washing leather, etc.) it will look brand-new.
What makes matters worse, is not only did the collision destroy the door and the rear fender, but worse damage, not seen in the picture, include:
- metal cut into left rear leather seats;
- door frame and other parts of the rear left part of the car are bent inward into the left rear wheel.
- i'm going to need a new left rear wheel
- rear axle is bent
- body is out of line, requiring some big machine to stretch it back 'in-line' (since the car hit from the left, it pretty much 'zig-zagged' the car on a very small scale... you can see this SLIGHTLY if you look from the top.
- glass is all over the seats and carpet, which is going to require a professional clean to get it all out :(
- driver door won't open because entire frame on the left side is bent
- after all this time it being sitting in the garage (about 3 or 4 months) the engine is going to need new oil, i'll have to empty the gas-tank (i actually think the wreck made a whole in it, but i'm not sure) and of course the battery is 100% dead (i disconnected it to help the engine) and i may need the entire engine checked, and of course minor things may need to be replaced, such as the fuel line under the car, spark plugs, etc.
- repainting the whole left part of the body once it's repaired, so i may as well repaint the whole car (not only will that take time, but also money!)
- numerous other 'minor' issues, (such as pumping the tires back up, etc.) and some 'major'... though not THAT many other than those listed above
i take it in to get it repaired next week... the repair process takes anywhere from 1-2 weeks, and even then it's going to cost small amounts to repair some parts of it... also there's the 'towing' it there and 'towing' it back, which will cost more and more money!
i'm hoping that it will cost overall less than $500.00 (excluding major repairs to the door and frame)

Regards
